Do you take on small plumbing repairs?
We assess suitable small repairs as well as larger planned work. Acceptance depends on the type of job, location, parts and engineer availability, so send details and photographs first.
Do you offer a 24-hour emergency plumbing service?
No. We do not advertise a 24-hour emergency call-out. If water is escaping, turn off the relevant local isolation valve or the main internal stop tap where it is safe to do so, then contact an appropriate emergency service if immediate attendance is required.
Do you unblock drains?
We do not advertise specialist drain-unblocking. We can assess plumbing issues involving accessible waste fittings and internal components, but dedicated drainage work may require a drainage contractor.
Can you undertake commercial plumbing?
Yes, we can consider suitable planned commercial plumbing, sanitaryware and washroom work. Send the site, access, operating requirements and proposed timescale so we can assess it properly.
Can you install bathroom components without replacing the whole suite?
Yes. Subject to suitability, we can install or replace individual toilets, basins, taps, showers and other plumbing components as well as undertake complete-suite plumbing work.
Will you provide a price before work starts?
The pricing route depends on how clearly the requirement can be established. Some enquiries may be assessed from good information and photographs; others require a visit or survey before a quotation can be prepared.
