A service is more than a quick visual check
Boilers work hard through the year. Servicing gives an appropriately qualified engineer the opportunity to inspect the appliance, complete the checks required for its fuel and type, and report anything that needs attention.
The precise work varies by appliance, manufacturer instructions, age, condition and fuel. We ask the relevant questions before visiting so we can confirm suitability and allocate the right engineer. If a fault is discovered, we explain what has been found and whether separate diagnostic or repair work is advisable.

Do landlords need boiler servicing?
