Bumford Heating was established in Sheffield in 1968 by our current Managing Director Chris Bumford. Over the years we have grown to become one of the largest and most respected Plumbing & Heating contractors in the country.

Bumford Heating Timeline

1973 – Bumford Heating move to new premises in School Street, Hemmingfield Barnsley. The new premises include warehouse, showroom and office space.

1982 – Bumford Heating move to larger premises on Millhouses Street, Hoyland Barnsley. The new premises include office space for over twenty people, a large showroom and a vast warehouse.

2006 – Bumford Heating move to new premises at Shortwood Business Park, Hoyland. Working without a showroom or warehousing, the new high tech office space reflects the changing nature of Bumford Heatings’ operation.
